Our store will not issue refunds.

Replacements Policy

In the event that any item in your order arrives damaged, contact us with photographed proof of the damaged item(s) within 30 days after your order arrives and we can send you a replacement for the damaged or broken items free of charge. This policy only applies to visibly and severely damaged items. No need to return the damaged products to us.
